There is nothing better than spending your morning strolling the Farmers Market with a delicious freshly brewed coffee. Luckily, Get Local Arizona events recently expanded to Waddell with their new Sunday Market! We've gone every Sunday since they've opened and every week there is something new and fun to do, and delicious food to try.

My favorite thing so far has been the freshly made flour tortillas from TJ Farms, the amazing tamales from The Tamale Store, the most incredible bagel from High Stakes Bagels and a mouthwatering Monte Cristo sandwich! (Can you tell I'm a foodie?)

Aside from all the great food, there is no shortage of fun activities for kids. There was a bounce house, barrel train, face painter and Dino rides! My daughter even got to bottle feed a baby pig and ride a horse for the first time this past Sunday!

You can find anything from fresh meat, dairy, and seafood to freshly baked sourdough loafs, croc charms, the cutest baby and kid's clothes, crystals, jams, local honey and homemade dog treats. Don't forget to grab some fresh flowers from the Flower Bus for your dinner table on the way out and make your list of what to try next week! The awesome ladies that run these events keep the website updated with vendors and post on their Facebook page.
